I've been in love with the Hudson Valley ever since I laid eyes on it as a college student at SUNY New Paltz. I have chosen to live in the area ever since, which has provided my four children with a wonderfully rich and diverse menu of cultural and natural offerings. From the music and theater at SUNY New Paltz and Poughkeepsie's Bardavon to the vibrant art scene in Kingston and a world-class museum for modern art (Dia:Beacon) in Beacon.
As a passionate hiker, biker and runner I love the rugged beauty of the Shawangunk Cliffs, the Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska State Park and the Rail Trail.
